Out of CV ICU, and on the 7th floor.
He gets percocet every four hours. It hurts when he cough, of course, but coughing is good.
His butt is killing him from just basically lying in the same position, kwim? But he isn't allowed to use his arms to try and help shift his body.
He only has one little iv left with an insulin drip, and the insulin drip stops tomorrow and his catheter comes out at 0600h.
He is drifty/sleepy but totally responsive and totally coherent when he talks to us.
Told me I was talking too fast lol!!
So, now to recover, but so far everything is apparently good in the hood and according to plan, so can't ask for more than that.
