I bought beet (beets??) for the 1st time at the farmer's market and found a beet chocolate cupcake recipe that I'm going to try but that only uses 2 of the 6 beet that I have.

Any other suggestions? I must add that it has to be hidden as dh will not eat beet, neither dd.

Beet chocolate cupcakes?  Would you mind sharing the recipe?  We get beets every year from my parents' garden and I would love some new recipes.  I either roast/bbq them or make soup.

I made the cupcakes from the link I posted and it is so yummy. And I didn't even put the icing yet. I won't make the icing, we don't really need the added sugar. It made 24 big cupcakes.

I do not taste beets at all. Not even a bit.

I can't wait to trick dh when he gets home and I tell him what's in it AFTER he eats it
